The legend is from the German "Niebelungen-Lied". The mangas were drawn by Katharina, a 19-year-old student. The drawings were coloured and voiced by pupils from the Cauldeen Primary School in Scotland and German pupils from the Daycare Nursery Schools in Dommitzsch, Sprotta and Eilenburg-Ost (aged 8 to 11).
